General Provisions<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4515\" data-end=\"4811\">1.1. The website is owned and operated by \u201cOhanyan Educational Complex\u201d (hereinafter \u2013 the Institution).<br data-start=\"4619\" data-end=\"4622\" \/>1.2. The platform is intended solely for students and legal representatives of the Institution.<br data-start=\"4717\" data-end=\"4720\" \/>1.3. The website enables users to make tuition and other education-related payments online.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4813\" data-end=\"4816\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"4818\" data-end=\"4852\">2. User Rights and Obligations<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4853\" data-end=\"5130\">2.1. The user shall provide only accurate and complete information.<br data-start=\"4920\" data-end=\"4923\" \/>2.2. All payments are made in Armenian Drams (AMD) via valid banking systems in Armenia.<br data-start=\"5250\" data-end=\"5253\" \/>3.2. Payments are processed securely through SSL encryption. The site does <strong data-start=\"5328\" data-end=\"5335\">not<\/strong> store or process card data.<br data-start=\"5363\" data-end=\"5366\" \/>3.3. Once a payment is confirmed, it is <strong data-start=\"5406\" data-end=\"5424\">non-refundable<\/strong>, except in cases of duplicate transactions, technical errors, or as required by law.<br data-start=\"5509\" data-end=\"5512\" \/>3.4.
