These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the “Ohanyan Educational Complex” online payment platform (https://pay.ohanyan.org/) and define the legal relationship between the user and the institution.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The website is owned and operated by “Ohanyan Educational Complex” (hereinafter – the Institution).
1.2. The platform is intended solely for students and legal representatives of the Institution.
1.3. The website enables users to make tuition and other education-related payments online.
2. User Rights and Obligations
2.1. The user shall provide only accurate and complete information.
2.2. The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the provided data.
2.3. The user shall not use the website for unlawful activities or any actions that may harm the Institution or third parties.
3. Payment Procedure
3.1. All payments are made in Armenian Drams (AMD) via valid banking systems in Armenia.
3.2. Payments are processed securely through SSL encryption. The site does not store or process card data.
3.3. Once a payment is confirmed, it is non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions, technical errors, or as required by law.
3.4. Users receive electronic confirmation via email after successful payment processing.
4. Data Protection
4.1. The Institution protects user privacy in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4.2. Personal data is used exclusively for payment processing, communication, and accounting purposes.
4.3. Data may be shared only with authorized entities in cases required by law or necessary for transaction processing.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content, design, text, images, and trademarks on the website are the property of “Ohanyan Educational Complex.”
5.2. No materials may be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Institution shall not be liable for:

7.1. The Institution reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1. All disputes shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation.
8.2. Failing that, disputes shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Armenia under Armenian law.
